Building Permit / Warranty Insurance

Without this permit the works cannot start and it should not be taken for granted, even after council approval the project can be halted and even referred back to the planning stage if all the relevant construction/plumbing/bushfire requirements of the project were not taken into consideration. With all of the documents signed, deposit paid and all requirements in place the permit normally takes around 3-4 weeks, and is issued by a building consultant. During this time we will be organising your warranty insurance which is one of the many requirements to obtain the building permit, this should only take 2 weeks and will be invoiced separately.
