Once your project has council planning approval we will be working with you closely to refine your drawings to full construction plans and it will include any structural requirements needed. Some of these finishes may have been needed for the planning process in respect of heritage or bushfire regulations.
These drawings are your final project plans and enable us to give you an accurate final fixed price quote for your project. Once you are happy with all the contract details we will need to sit down with a witness and sign the contract. The legal contract gives the client and the builder a framework of duties and expectations incorporating a set stage payment schedule.
