Re: Reference for Andrew Dean (Warrandyte Extensions)
Andrew Dean recently built an ensuite bathroom internally for our home at 30 Coppin St, East Malvern. The work was particularly challenging because of very tight spacing and the room was made from the cavity below the staircase.
Andrews work was excellent, his understanding of of matching early 20th century features and finishes were knowledgeable and the result first class. His tradesmen were also excellent and reliable.
I should say Andrew was at pains to keep the inevitable mess to a minimum, tidying up each day and protecting the rest of the house as required.
Not only was Andrew punctual and trustworthy-we left him and his tradesmen unattended-his demeanour made a difficult task as comfortable as possible for us, and nothing was too much trouble. In short we were very impressed and pleased.
