Re: Reference for Andrew Dean (Warrandyte Extensions)

Andrew Dean has recently completed works on both our family room and lounge. This involved removing two lots of very large windows and fitting new ones in both rooms, redoing weatherboards. The job also involved building a new floor to make a split level room a single level.
Andrew coordinated the above works. He demonstrated that he was well organised and the job was completed in a short amount of time with minimum disruption to our household. Andrew kept us informed as to where he was at with delivery of the windows, on any “issues” that had arisen with working on our very old house and how he was going to address these. Andrew’s apprentice, Josh, and Andrew worked well together. The job was been completed to an excellent standard and both rooms look fantastic.
Andrew has been great to work with from the initial discussion, the development of the scope of works to the completion of the works. We would be happy to recommend him to others.
